At least 50% time savings, or your money back

Our promise

If HuusFlow does not take over at least half of the working time you previously spent on preliminary bookkeeping within the first 30 days, we refund the usage fees for those 30 days. A short email is enough, we will not argue about it.

How it works

No extra effort for you, in three steps:

• Before the start, a short conversation is enough to note roughly how much time your preliminary bookkeeping costs today. It takes a few minutes.
• HuusFlow is set up completely: access, email import, bexio connection, booking rules and a test run with real documents.
• After 30 days we look at where you stand together. Usually that is the end of it, because the saving is well above 50%.

Keeping the comparison fair

A few things should hold true for a before-and-after comparison to make sense at all:

• We look at the first 30 days.
• A document volume similar to your usual one should come in, ideally at least 100 documents.
• Document types and workflows should not change fundamentally during this time.
• HuusFlow should be set up and actually used day to day. We take care of the setup.
• Access, email import and the bexio connection should stay active during this time. If something fails, just tell us and we will fix it.

Which time counts

We mean the time you spend at the screen yourself: collecting documents, capturing, categorising, checking and transferring them to bexio. Time during which HuusFlow works in the background while you do something else understandably does not count.

What you get back

The HuusFlow usage fees you paid for those 30 days. We cannot refund costs that do not go to us, such as third-party fees or individual custom development.

Two limitations

• The guarantee applies once per customer.
• It does not apply if HuusFlow was not actually used productively during this time.
• It does not apply if your business changed so substantially during this time that a comparison is no longer possible.

About the 80% on our website

The figure of around 80% mentioned on this website is an observation from pilot businesses and test client accounts, not a warranted characteristic. Actual time savings depend on your previous workflow, document volume, document types, the quality of existing data and how much review you want. Only the minimum saving of 50% described above is a firm commitment.
