- Whatever lands in your client account’s bexio inbox is collected and processed automatically. You do not have to forward anything.
- Email import via IMAP
- HuusFlow connects to your existing mailbox and picks up new invoices on its own, without you needing a new address.
- Multiple line items and VAT rates
- Invoices with several line items and different tax rates are split correctly instead of being squeezed into a single lump sum.
- Automatic booking text
- Every entry gets a booking text that names the supplier and what was bought, instead of just repeating the document number.
- Learning supplier mapping
- Corrected once, right from then on: assignments of suppliers, contacts and accounts are stored and reused.
- Individual rules per client account
- Every client account gets its own set of rules. What applies to one business changes nothing for another.
- New suppliers with one click
- If bexio does not know a supplier yet, HuusFlow flags it and prefills the contact details from the document. It is only created once you click “add contact”.
