The HuusFlow value comes from a pilot business: around 200 documents were processed after about 15 minutes and reviewed and approved after around 20 minutes, because the review runs in parallel with the processing. It depends on the document volume, not on your current effort.

Our fitters are never in the office. How do the documents get in?
By photo from the phone or by email forwarding. One monitored mailbox is enough, everything that arrives there is processed.
Does it also recognise creased and dirty receipts?
As a rule yes. Whatever cannot be read reliably goes into the review list, so you can take a quick look instead of something being booked wrongly.
Can we assign documents to individual jobs?
You can store your own rules and descriptions, so the assignment arrives cleanly in the accounting system. How far that goes, we look at in the demo with your concrete case.
There are five of us. Does everyone need an account?
No separate account is needed for photographing and sending in. The approval is done by whoever is responsible for the bookkeeping at your company.
