bexio integration FAQ
Which bexio version is supported?
HuusFlow works with bexio subscriptions that have access to the official bexio API. Which packages those are is shown in bexio’s own price overview. If you are unsure, we check it together before you start.
What happens with a supplier bexio does not know yet?
HuusFlow flags it for you and prefills name and address from the document. The contact is only created once you click “add contact” in HuusFlow. Writing new contacts into your bexio automatically would be risky, so we deliberately do not do it.
What happens if bexio is unavailable?
Documents are stored and processed internally. The bexio export is retried as soon as the connection is back. No documents are lost.
Can we adjust the account mapping?
Yes. In HuusFlow’s rules you define which supplier or document type goes to which bexio account. We set this up together during onboarding.
Is HuusFlow an official bexio partner?
HuusFlow uses the official public bexio API. The connection is established via bexio’s standard OAuth2 authentication.
Does HuusFlow work with software other than bexio?
The clear focus is bexio. You can, however, export your document data as Excel at any time. A connection to Banana accounting is in the works, other well-known tools will follow. Tell us what you use: early adopters’ wishes flow straight into the roadmap.
